Mind blowingly good! - Edit
We’re so glad that we were able to visit this food truck when we were in Asheville for the weekend. The sushi tacos were mind blowing. I’m often disappointed when I eat out because I know can usually make the same thing and probably better. They have perfected these tacos. I could never come close. The broccoli wings, too! Holy moly! Perfection!

Mean Mandy’s - Edit
I ordered the oyster mushroom po’ boy and fukiyaki fries (spelling?). Phenomenal. The sandwich was perfect with the crunch from the chips at the bottom and the breaded oyster mushrooms with all the flavoring.

Super glad to have found Mean Mandy’s Food Truck! I checked them out on a tip from a fellow vegan, and I’ll have to thank her for telling me about it. The owners are quite nice despite the name…not that anyone would expect to find mean people starting a vegan food truck. Clearly they have a little fun playing with antonyms. 😊 I think they’re pretty new, and I’ll surely be going back often to support them. Bravo, (opposite of) Mean Mandy!
