Well stocked

As far as regular grocery stores go, this one has a good amount of vegan options to choose from.
Floor layout is a little unusual and I'm not sure I saw an elevator for the 2nd floor, so most of the store is inaccessible for those unable to climb a set of stairs up and down.

The best supermarket I found for vegan foods

This is a pretty large supermarket. It's not specifically vegan, but has a focus on 'free from' foods, so has loads of vegan/gluten free etc type foods. It has the best collection of vegan food I found for cooking with in Bucharest.

Large selection of products, there are different vegan options available like tofu, different cooked dishes without adding cheese or meat.

All the basic vegan products you may need

This is a supermarket chain where you can find all the basics that you could need to stay a few days in Bucharest: a good variety of vegetal milks, bread, cookies, snacks, spreads, and even good chocolates (note that this products are in the second floor). As it is a normal supermarket, you can find juices and fruits too. It is not only in this sucursal that you can find this section, but almost in everyone (except the small ones).

Lots of options

Besides everything mentioned in the description of the supermarket, here you can find already prepared foods like hummus, falafel and tabbouleh salad or pickled pepers salad. Hummus, at least, you can find in most Mega Stores. In this place you can find a large variety of fresh fruits and veggies, tofu, vegan milks and yogurt and many other stuff.
