Ótima comida

Ótima comida, ingredientes de qualidade e espaço agradável. Apesar de nao ser um restaurante vegano tem várias opcoes na carta e apresenta sempre a opção no prato do dia.

Pros: Sabor das refeições , Ambiente agradável , Bom atendimento

Great, if you can afford it

Mendi is the oldest indian restaurant that I know in Porto. Lots of others opened and closed and Mendi endures. It probably has to do with the fact that the food is excellent and as close to real indian food as you can get in Portugal. The problem I have with it is that it's just too expensive. Even on weekdays, when they have cheaper menus, it's still far more expensive than other places. This is because it is located in a posh area, I guess, with a luxury hotel nearby.
If you want a treat, then go there. Be sure to ask for veganized dishes, though. Also, they will probably have no vegan desserts, as they're all made with milk.

Nice restaurant

Nice restaurant but could introduce more options vegans, my wife is vegan, i no.

Pros: good traditional indian food
