Overrated and extremely overpriced place - Edit
The vegan part of menu is not well highlighted and the staff very sloppy. We waited for the food for more than 40 minutes and for such a high price, the quality didn't really follow. The waitress brought a salad on house, however the sauce was not even, whereas I specifically asked if the chosen main course was vegan, as it was the only option for me. Other than the nice location of the restaurant, I find it hard to point out any other advantage of the place.

Overrated - Edit
I had expectations but unfortunately I would not return. The vegetarian curry with tofu was honestly disappointing and lacked...sense. Overpriced for the quality of food.

Overrated - Edit
This is not a veggie/vegan place, as they serve sea food. If you ask for a vegan meal, they don’t seem enthusiastic. It is one of the oldest “vegetarian” places in the city, so it is quite known for that alone, but it can also be expensive. But there is worse!

I would not go back. - Edit
I asked the service twice in French if it were possible to make the daily vegetarian lunch menu vegan, but, unfortunately, I got the vegetarian main dish. As I have no allergy and as I do not want food being thrown away, I did not complain. The menu included a vegetable soup, a salad and lasagne as main dish. So, around 12€ for the daily menu is quite reasonable.

Great food and service - Edit
I had a fantastic meal for one here the other night. They do serve fish but have an extensive vegetarian menu, most of which is vegan and clearly marked as so. I was concerned the restaurant might smell overwhelmingly of cooked fish, which is not a pleasant smell, but it did not.
Read moreMeals come with a generous and tasty starter salad, and portions for mains are quite generous too. Local wine was also really good. Friendly and attentive staff and warm atmosphere. Prices are what you'd expect to pay in Paris's fancier vego and vegan restaurants (25 euros for a main). Would totally come again next time I am in Luxembourg.

My favorite place - Edit
This place is for years my favorite in town for a daily healthy vegetarian lunch in a cosy atmosphere in company of mostly regular customers. Food is delicious and well balanced from a nutritional point of view. In the evenings, there is plenty of mostly vegetarian choice à la carte and some mains and starters including fish. Service is always smiling, helpfull and efficient. A great place to recommend.

Great Vege and Vegan options - Edit
The Cous Cous dish and the 'Triangles Exotique' are my go to vegan dishes. Perfect every time:) a little pricey but you do get a super generous plate.

Nice but - Edit
Beutifully presented food, two apparently vegan choices, but it was hard to tell if the sauces contained eggs or milk. Tasted nice

Excellent Lunch option - Edit
Considering almost all restaurants in Luxembourg are over-prized, the lunch menue of this place is a good option to safe some money and to have a delicious vegan meal. Just tell them you're vegan, and they will prepare something special for you if the lunch menue of the day isn't totally vegan. For 12 Euro, we got a soup, a salad and a main dish. The food was fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was fine.

Cons: A little "off the road", A little noisy

Mesa Verde, Luxembourg - Edit
I can't comment on the quality of the food as it was closed when I went. This place is a vegetarian and pescatarian restaurant. Location is great bang in the centre of Luxembourg. Rue de St Esprit is a narrow street that is a continutation on the other side of Viaduc of Ave de la Gare (the main station is a 10 min walk). I'd prefer if it was 100% veggie of course but the fact that I haven't tried the food means no attention should be given the rating I give it.

Cons: Closed Sundays, Also pescatarian
