Excellent falafel - Edit
Not a lot of veggie options but falafel is a ‘go to’ for Mediterranean. This one was panini style and quite tasty. Got extra garlic sauce - and happy with that!

We walked by many restaurants to come to this newly opened Turkish Mediterranean restaurant. It opened seven months ago and has a great vibe and all the food is made with love.

Owner and young girl that served us are very attuned to both vegan and gluten intolerant lifestyles. I definitely recommend trying it out. In fact, while we were there, another vegan found them on HappyCow. Glad to see that this app is helping vegan friendly businesses get recognized.

Finally a great Mediterranean restaurant downtown and it’s woman owned. I’ve been going to Meze, which is good but not great often times. Stumbled upon Mimoza, which is a fairly new spot. This place has great vegan appetizers, salads, and falafel wraps. If you like spicy, definitely try the ezme, it’s delicious!
