Omg Delicious! - Edit
The Vegan Tokyo Mazemen was full of flavor and the famous chewy noodles were delightful. It comes with a chili sauce that has quite the kick and pairs well with the homemade umami vinegar.

There are 3 vegan options: the mazemen, the ramen, and a vegan nuggets appetizer. We had both the ramen and the mazemen, and they're both probably the best vegan things we've had at a sit down restaurant.

Delicious Mazemen - Edit
The vegan mazemen they have here is delicious and flavorful. The noodles have a great chew to them. The Brussels sprouts are cooked perfectly. I love how they give you a small portion of rice to mix with all the leftover sauce.
