Great food in the market - Edit
It's actually located near the rear of the market food area (not near the front, as the map shows). Plenty of vegetarian options, including pho, which is harder to find. Crispy pancakes were also great. She was very friendly and the food was amazing, very fresh, and super fast.

Situated right in the Central Market, it might be a bit hard to find but make sure you don't miss it! There is lots of vegan options, most things are labelled 'vegetarian' on the menu but once you explain no milk or egg etc you will be understood. Really tasty, no frills food for an extremely affordable price. I really enjoyed here and you get to truly taste a bit of Vietnam
