Ok - Edit
Rotating set menu - the ganmo tofu was tasty, as was salad and rice. Didn't love the white creamy soup, and the menu didn't say what the others were. One dish looked questionably fishy. Maybe it's better on other days when the set menu is different. Can't have the highest standards for vegetarian/vegan food in Tokyo as it's just not as commonly done, but I've had better meals here.

Muji Style Teishoku - Edit
A simple but solid meal set.
Read moreThe main is like a soymilk soup with pieces of soft tofu.
Check carefully with the staff though which dishes are vegan. I was sceptical about my Yuba, as I saw it in their frozen section before and I think it had Dashi in it. When I asked again, they removed it and apologized for the mistake.
Muji is offering some vegan foods in their stores now, which is amazing but sometimes they're not clearly labeled.
Same goes for this Diner, so I think there's room for improvement in this area.

Really nice oboro-tofu - Edit
I don't know what people consider "better" vegan options, but a teishoku with a high-protein main dish and a delicious, not very huge amount of rice sounds like a very good deal to me.
Read moreIt's true that the price isn't the best, but I think it's okay by Ginza standards. I wish they had more vegan options, but there's lots of fish dishes for pescatarians in the menu.
Considering this, I think one of my okazu may have had some tiny fish in it, so make sure to ask before ordering if you're fully vegan.
Pros: Delicious rice, quality tofu, Muji presentation, Lots of toppings
Cons: Not many vegan options, A bit overpriced for teishoku

Not a must-do - Edit
Let me preface this by saying there are FAR better vegan options in Tokyo. If you’re shopping in the store or are staying at the hotel and want to stop in I would, but otherwise, I wouldn’t bother going.
Read moreMy tofu dish was very good. It was served in broth and the flavors were very subtle & traditional. The set is served with a side of rice and some vegetables as well. I know there is also a salad bar available for vegans.
Whether everyone is your party is vegan or not, there are FEW options on the menu. When I dined today there were only four choices, and one of those were sold out.
Cons: Little options
