He hecho varias visitas a Mundo Vegano. Me gusta que su carta no es muy extensa y aún así incluye platos para diferentes gustos. Al tener platos de distintos lugares del mundo y veganizarlos, sugiero que te des la oportunidad de probar algo diferente en cada visita 🙂
Read moreEn esta ocasión fui con amigues, así que pude probar estos platos: 1. El hummus, muy rico de sabor textura, viene acompañado de pan pita; 2. El fetuccini al pesto, de muy buen sabor; 3. El Spicy Thai Rice, al que recomiendo ponerle limón; 4. El chili, que es uno de mis platos favoritos aquí, con sus totopos artesanales que están demasiado buenos. Puedes pedirlo al nivel de picante que prefieras (aunque no sugiero pedir el picante aparte porque es muy picante y no de tan buen sabor); 5. La hamburguesa de frijol, con la que nunca fallan y es enorme, muy rica. Para el postre pedimos un tiramisú y de bebidas la horchata, que es mi favorita, y unas sodas.
Lo único que debo recomendar para que mejore la experiencia, ya que la comida está buenísima, es la atención y la demora en la entrega de los platos en el restaurante.

Anyone can tell me where I can find a good tiramisu in Bogotá? Honestly idk why it’s everyone’s problem here like they don’t know how to make it lmao. Potatoes lack of seasoning but the burger was very big and filling. Also these small empanadas were so so good! But tiramisu guys, like I feel like no one here tried a real tiramisu, I’m giving up finding a good one in Colombia . I also asked no onions in the burger and they ignored it and put it in there anyways😄

Read moreThe best dishes we tried were the Carimañolas and Duo Caribe: big portions and super tasteful ♡ totally recommended, especially the Duo Caribe for its different flavors and textures: truly a Caribbean dish :)
The not so good:
The bean burger, not recommended😡the patty was too salty and size not proportional to the bread (which was huge), it only had 1 tomato and onion slice, and little sauce. It doesn't come with sides, hence why we ordered an extra of papas en casco: sadly, they weren't well baked and to be fair, too pricey for only 3 small diced potatoes.
The tiramisu, was ok. But it's more like a tiramisu flavored flan (not creamy, but jelly)
Service, super slow. I guess it was because it was almost closing time, but still we waited too long between each dish even tho we were the only customers inside.
Also, would be nice to have a sign outside with the restaurants name, specially as it is located in a kinda dangerous area... we had to walk at night around trying to find it.

Exploré este acogedor rincón con un menú sencillo pero bien ejecutado. Probé el 'Gyro Mundo Vegano', una opción interesante que, aunque de buen sabor, no logró destacarse. No obstante, el 'Tiramisú de Café' al final añadió un toque dulce y memorable a la experiencia. Aunque el lugar no es llamativo, deja una sensación agradable en cada visita. Me gustaría volver para probar más platos del menú, ya que hay una prometedora variedad de sabores y opciones.

I explored this cozy corner with a simple yet well-executed menu. I tried the 'Gyro Mundo Vegano,' an interesting option that, while tasty, didn't manage to stand out. Nevertheless, the 'Coffee Tiramisu' at the end added a sweet and memorable touch to the experience. Though the place isn't flashy, it leaves a pleasant feeling with each visit. I would like to go back to try more items from the menu, as there's a promising array of flavors waiting to be discovered.

I ordered the Thai rice and the dumplings. I asked for extra spicy rice, but it wasnt spicy at all! Still the food was nice and the quantities large, all for a very good price. I also had the honemade lemonade, which was delicious.

I have ordered food from this restaurant 3 times already. I can really recommend their mushroom gyros wrap, it is amazing, and also the chili combo. The combo came with some super tasty carimañolas made from yuca that were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, ají, avocado, vegan sour cream and homemade air-fried tortilla chips. Be careful if you can't handle spiciness, this is one restaurant that really means it when they say spicy - the spicy Thai coconut rice definitely lives up to its name. But the chili and most other dishes are also available in a non-spicy version, so no worries!

Read moreFrench fries, falafel, etc are air-fried, not deep fried. Healthier, no doubt, and not quite as satisfying😉We had it delivered and they honored my request to hold the soy sauce (because I suspected it would come in plastic) and all the packaging was compostable.
