I love the subtle vegan labelling, so as to not scare omnivores off with vegan options. Without the "V" it would sound like an average tuna sandwich.
The girls working there are all super friendly, the miffy themed interior is cute and overall it's really cozy here.
The sandwich was AMAZING. They use soft focaccia and not just some boring bread. The filling isn't actually spicy tho, but the amazing taste makes up for it. Honestly can't go wrong with tuna mayo. And the other toppings balance everything out so well, although I could've gone with more wakame as it's even mentoined on the menu!
For the desserts... the mango part of the cheesecake was sadly very sour, but the cream delicious. The carrot cake tasted very well spiced, unfortunately too much for me, and I'm a carrot cake lover. Maybe too much ginger? But the frosting was good.
I would recommend the savoury dishes, but the desserts are overpriced for the taste and size.

Many vegan options - Edit
I like the museum, so I’m very happy they have a mostly vegan menu now. It’s a spacious restaurant with a large terrace and the staff is friendly.
Read moreI tried the beetroot tortilla, which is tasty, but cold (I expected some warm ingredients) and spicy due to the jalapeno. The fresh orange juice was very good and not bitter at all.

Nice museumcafé which you can also visit without a museum ticket. Lots of vegan options. I had the hotdog, very tasty and fresh. Would come again to try more different things on the menu.
