This place feels quite tucked away but it’s worth finding! They provide unlimited homemade popcorn with a choice of flavours. We ordered ramen with a side of gyoza, along with homemade colas. All delicious. They post their opening times and any updates on instagram everyday, which is super helpful.

Had the tantanmen and the gyozas. Both pretty good. Tantanmen was a little too salty but it was really good, loved the dense broth. The aesthetic is really beautiful specially if you like cyberpunk style. I was lucky to not share the meal with smokers.

This place's location is awesome and feels like a scene straight out of Blade Runner. One thing to note, this restaurant is labeled "vegan" on HappyCow, but on the menu it has some vegetarian items, so I don't think all items are vegan. Also, the online ordering from the QR code was a little buggy for us, so I would confirm with the staff exactly what you want before placing the order. For us the non-alcoholic beers showed up as regular beers, but they were very nice about swapping it out so it wasn't a problem. Overall, the food was tasty and the vibe is cool, I would definitely add to any visit to Shinjuku.

Both were fantastic the burger was juicy and flavourful and the fake egg was very nice, the shrimp fried rice was also full of flavor and tasted fresh, the fake shrimp was very impressive. The owner also offered me a sample of new flavor of ice cream they had developed (cola) on the house which was very tasty.

I'd love to give 5* because I'm obsessed with cyberpunk and cyberpunk x vegan is probably my dream come true. The vibe is cool and all, the popcorn was really good with those cool flavors it came with, but I was a bit disappointed by the Tonkatsu ramen. It lacked flavor and was relatively bland for my taste. And they had non-vegan drinks, like scorpion-infused alcohol or something like that? Not very 100% vegan. I also thought the plastic wrapping of the cutlery was excessive consumerism and plastic waste. nevertheless, it was a nice stay and I'd come back!

Regarding the Tonkatsu ramen, we have decided to suspend its sale to focus on further refinement. In its place, our new Tantanmen and Shoyu Ramen are now available and have been receiving great feedback! We’d love for you to try them on your next visit.
We also wanted to share that we stopped serving the insect-infused drinks after much soul-searching about whether that is truly what we want to drink in the future. We are also looking into more sustainable ways to handle our cutlery packaging.

This place was a really neat little treat. Loved the cyberpunk theme of the bar and the overall club vibe. Food wise, a few things to note before you go;
Read more-Most concerningly, the bar staff asked if we were vegan or vegetarian before grabbing some powders to flavour our food. We said vegan and they returned with a few powders. I didn’t get a chance to ask but it seems like this place isn’t 100% vegan, and does in fact offer some vegetarian seasonings.
-There is a 500 yen per head seating charge, however it entitles you to limitless free popcorn.
-The food is on the pricier side, and the burgers are pretty average. The chips on the side though were god tier chippies, but they only put about 8 of them on your plate. They also didn’t include an additional patty on the burger that we paid for, according to the English translation on the ordering app anyway.
-Get the ramen if you’re coming in, it was actually quite remarkable
-kitchen is open, you can see the cook preparing the food inside. Now this was a massive red flag for me; the cook had very long hair (same though, it’s a look). Now this isn’t a bad thing by any means but while preparing food, that hair needs to be up in a bun and tucked under a hat or needs to be in a hair net. It’s standard food hygiene for those of us who work in hospitality and have long and gorgeous hair. Just using a hat is not enough to stop the hair from getting into the food.
That’s it! Tl;dr: worth a visit for the vibes. Order the ramen, avoid the burgers, check for hair in your food.

As for the kitchen hygiene, we take your "red flag" very seriously. We have already initiated a mandatory hygiene reinforcement week. All staff are being re-trained on strict hair management, and our manager is personally conducting visual checks of all kitchen staff before every shift to ensure a professional and safe environment.
To clarify your concern about our vegan status: our entire food menu is vegan. The only exception is certain popcorn seasonings, which we offer specifically as a way to understand our guests' dietary preferences—helping us identify if our visitors are vegan, vegetarian, or simply curious. This acts as a "live survey" for us to better serve our community.

Rad blade runner 80s/90s cyberpunk vibes. The food is 10/10 and they serve you pop corn that you add flavour to as an entree (3 vegan flavours cheese, curry and cola) we had the soy sauce ramen which was my fav ramen in Tokyo so far. We also hade the fake prawn fried rice which was my standout of the meal. And we had gyoza which were crunchy and so damn good. Plus a beer each. Easily best vegan meal in Tokyo we’ve had. Great service too.

The food is really good (on the website is indicated as fully plant based) and the ambience is nice. But, the service was somewhat absent. You can order by your phone, but since we were sharing it would have been nice to be able to ask for a dish or something.

An Exotic-chaotic bar-restaurante, but interesting place, definitely not a place if you want to talk, since the music is quite loud, at least when the Dj is there, not sure if that is the case every day. The food was delicious, I tried the vegan fried “chicken “, and the vegan burger and lived it, the sauce was amazing, the place is a bit pricey, and have a cover charge (the give you popcorn and can be refilled unlimited), But , definitely worth it, since the food was amazing.

Read moreAlmost speakeasy-esque having to take an elevator to the 4th floor which opens straight into the restaurant. Cyber punk vibes with neon everywhere. Walk past the kitchen and sit at the bar or a table. EDM type music playing.
Menu is QR code and order everything through your phone. I would recommend any communication you want to have with the staff, translate it on your phone and let them read it (seen some people complaining about bad English translations which is crazy to me) unless you can speak Japanese. All vegan, all delicious.
We ordered DanDan noodles, came with silken tofu soy crumble in a thick, creamy, spicy peanut broth. Can’t remember the name of the burger but my girlfriend said it was the best burger she’s ate. Teriyaki style sauce on it. Garlic shrimp was decent, more chicken style texture and you get free popcorn with your cover charge.
Wouldn’t come here if you’re expecting a quiet, relaxed environment. You’re basically eating in a bar with club vibes. They allow smoking and it’s quite grimy. I feel like a lot of the negative comments were people not knowing what they were walking into.
