what a treat - Edit
getting to enjoy traditional japanese sweets with no modifications is never not exciting! ¥210 for one taiyaki and i cannot emphasize how much of a steal that is!

Vegan Taiyaki - Edit
Their taiyaki was not too sweet. It was ¥200(I remember when taiyakis used to be ¥100, but inflation I guess). The dough of the taiyaki was not too thick. It was good. I’m just happy that a vegan taiyaki shop exists in Tokyo.

Japanese traditional vegan sweets - Edit
Nezu no Taiyaki is one of Tokyo's most traditional Taiyaki shops situated in the Nezu Area. It is a fish shaped pancake (with flour and water only) filled with red bean paste, which is not that sweet. So crispy you can smell it from the other side of the street.
