There's a couple of vegan ramen options, the only vegan appetizers are edamame and kimchi I think. My ramen was alright, nothing to write home about but fine! There's better fully vegan ramen spots in Berlin that I'd suggest ahead of here.

Went to Hako Ramen, I love ramen and there is a lot of hype around this place. I don't usually go to places that aren't 100%vegan but wanted to try. They have 5 vegan options , starters and also a vegan mochi. We got miso ramen and black sesame ramen, I found them pretty average, nothing special, good flavours but too salty, toppings were bit scarce ( few mushrooms and 2 leaves).

Mich haben die veganen Ramen (vegan Tonkotsu) dort sehr begeistert. Die Suppe war perfekt gewürzt und alle Zutaten hatten für mich die perfekte Konsistenz. Als Vorspeise hatte ich die gebratenen Auberginen, die ich auch nur sehr empfehlen kann. Als Getränk hatte ich Ramune eine japanische Limonade, der Geschmack hat mich zwar nicht so überzeugt, aber das Aussehen der Flasche ist definitiv besonders (siehe Bild). Das Restaurant ist sehr kleine, daher würde ich empfehlen eher hinzugehen, wenn es etwas leerer ist, da man sonst etwas länger warten muss.

They offer 5 vegan ramen options, 3 vegan starters, and 1 vegan dessert (the other 2 desserts are vegetarian), which is very good overall for a place that serves meat. I wish they also had vegan gyozas though! I’ve been here before, but this time I ordered the vegan tonkotsu ramen, which was tasty, with lots of noodles and vegetables, but I wish it had a vegan protein instead of 2 slices of fried eggplant. The service’s also been quick and smooth, even though the place was full and with a waiting line. The outdoor area is nice, but the inside can get quite packed and loud.

My sister and I really wanted to have some nice Ramen and since we’ve heard a lot about Hako Ramen we decided to give it a try. However, it was a bit disappointing. We tried two of their vegan ramen and they were both pretty bland. It wasn’t terrible but I would not visit again for that price.

Staff is Japanese, there are 5 types of vegan ramen on the menu, and the black sesame tantan men was simply perfection, super flavoursome and almost creamy broth, couldn't find a better vegan ramen in Japan I dare to say.

The vegan spicy ramen with soy is delicious! Just the right amount of spicy, the noodles were super good. The vegetable gyōza are also incredible. I can't take my mind off this place, i beed to go back multiple times!

I've been to Japan twice, and I was amazingly surprised when I went into the shop. It's like entering a traditional ramen shop in Japan. The service is great, however, you have to wait a couple of minutes to place your order. I chose a vegan black tantan-men (黒ごま担々麺)—and it was delicious! One of the best Japanese-style vegan noodle soup I've ever had outside of Japan. 10 bucks are pretty much affordable compared with other ramen shops in Berlin, but still expansive compared to 5–6 bucks in ramen shops located in Japan.

There are 4 vegan dishes to choose from. I’m not a a big ramen fan, but it was a nice experience. It would have been nice to have more veges in the dish, but can understand that perhaps traditional ramen dishes don’t have a lot of veges? The vegan sauce was tasty and the dish was certainly filling. Staff were very pleasant.

Had dinner there tonight and was not disappointed. My boyfriend got the spicy one (I forget the names) and I got the miso based ramen. The serving was as expected, nice a big bowls with delicious noodles and mushrooms all through the miso/veggie based broth. Super yummy and filling, will definitely satisfy! It wasn’t the best ramen iv ever had but it was pretty darn good. Would recommend when feeling like a warm hearty meal that is well priced. Staff were also super lovely and the place was quite big to fit lots of people.

A good bowl of Ramen can be so satisfying. This shop has figured out how to make excellent vegan broth variations, based on miso, shiitake or soy.
