Very happy with both the food & the service. The set menu was innovative and exceeded my high expectations for a macrobiotic place. No junk here and no refined sugar in the 3 vegan desserts offered. First vegan place I’ve found in Porto that has desserts free of refined sugar. Hoorah!

This place totally lived up to its reviews and local recommendations. Simple set menu but an explosion of flavours. Staff are just wonderfully sweet and helpful - well, that's vegans all over, isn't it! Lots of healthy snacks, books, and knick knacks to buy whilst waiting for your meal. I especially liked the well spaced out tables. Will be back again soon 😋

Last time we visited Porto we enjoyed the menu so much that we came back again this time. The restaurant offers a daily menu for only 13 euros. Today it included a silky sweet potato pumpkin soup with roasted pumpkin seeds and the main menu was tofu in a mustard sauce with pickled salad en bulgur, raisin and sweet onion. So so good. We always feel so well nourished when we eat there.

I cannot express enough my gratitude for the space Macrobiotico has created. Once I entered the place, I did not feel like leaving. It was like the chaos was left outside and I found the serenity I was looking for. Every detail, from the transportation to another era through their decor, the calming voice of the attendant, the music that happened to be a subset of my playlists, the humbleness and gentleness of the owner, and last but not least, the food. Oh the food. Deliciousness through simplicity, using only ingredients I recognize and appreciate. A true paradise for the ones who appreciate healthy food. I am humbled like a stranger who is invited to dinner and fed the best food in the house.

Went there to have lunch and had the menu which consisted of a starter and a main course. I must say that the soup was delicious and so was the main course. The detox juice I had was amazing. Will definitely be back when I am in Porto.

They do menu of the day which normally involves soup and main or ‘snack’ which could be bagel or wrap.

Tasty food and service is exceptional.
Would be nice if there were few more options to choose from not just two dishes, however the food is lovely.

I kinda ended up here by accident people would say 😉 - I’d rather say by faith. Really lovely locals send me there as i couldn’t find what I was actually searching for. And i call myself very lucky about it. You can feel the love they put into the space and the food immediately 💛 delicious creations. The portions are just right in size you don’t feel too stuffed and so nothing gets thrown away. Very sustainable and style of minimalism and so happy to find more and more places who use organic ingredients. Thank you to the beautiful team. Such friendly stuff. I’d recommend strongly to go there, it’s for the soul too.

Fui almoçar ao macrobiótico com os meus pais. Não tínhamos reserva mas como fomos relativamente cedo conseguimos mesa. O espaço é muito bonito e agradável. As funcionárias são super simpáticas e disponíveis. Têm menu com sopa prato. Pedimos o menu, com bebidas e sobremesas. Estava tudo maravilhoso. Muito bem confeccionado e com produtos de qualidade. Adoramos. Pretendo voltar em breve!
