Great Patisserie in Asheville - Edit
Old Europe Pasties is a great little spot for vegan pastries while you visit Asheville. I remember visiting this location a few years ago when it was just a little hole in the wall. It has now established itself as a fancy, remodeled cafe with great French touches.

They had five vegan options at the time I went, two different cupcakes, cobbler, chocolate chip cookie and lemon pound cake. My favorite was the red velvet cupcake, the cake was moist and the frosting was so good!! Must try when visiting.

Cute little place with the sweetest customer service. Tried the vegan/gluten free chocolate cupcake and the vegan/gluten free peach cobbler. I was not impressed by the cupcake, actually tossed it after two bites BUT the peach cobbler was VERY yummy and I would go back to get it all the time and it would bring me back to try their other vegan/gluten free treats.

Old Europe Pastries in Asheville has surprisingly a number of vegan offerings every day. Berry cobbler, chocolate cupcake, cookies, oatmeal bar… made my sweet tooth happy in the mornings.

They hat more than six different vegan pastry-options. The cobbler was exactly how it should be. Sour but enough sweet at the same time and they reheat it of you want.

This European style bakery always offers several vegan items. The chocolate cupcake with coconut milk-based ganache is phenomenal.

Staff is very friendly and understands vegan dietary requirements.
