Delicious but only a few cheap options - Edit
This place needs to be changed to two $$ as their prices have increased significantly.
Read moreApart from this surprise, I got the pork bahn mi and it was delicious! Endless tasty options and nice lil friendly cafe atmosphere.
I do recommend this place but only the bahn mis were 'cheap', the rest is $24 for main meals.
I did notice there were also vegan baked goods which is also a great option to see.
Pros: Fresh and delicious , Options
Cons: $$ not $

Delicious and a great menu - Edit
We came here for lunch and I haven’t been here for a while. I ordered a minty cacao latte with soy. It was really nice, and such a great flavour. I have such trouble making a decision with food but I went for the special, pho and spring rolls. Both were amazing. The pho broth was nice and it was full of veggies, noodles and tofu. My partner had an iced oat chocolate and he said it was really strong. He also had the green curry which I tried and enjoyed.

I just love this place. The inner west is one of the best areas for vegan eateries at the moment with this place, Just Vegan, Particle, Mr Nice Guy, Huong Viet, Hail Lilith and Argi. Yum!😋

Have been planning to come for some time. Unfortunately the banh mi were sold out so we had the pickled mushroom salad which was quite nice. My partner ordered the turmeric latte which he didn’t like but the muffin was good.

Will Olivia spring for lunch? - Edit
For some reason I had not made it back here since my one and only visit back in 2017. When we came in recently at a Saturday lunchtime it was relatively quiet. The menu was more varied in cuisine types than I remembered. I’d been on a salad trip recently and wanted to order a couple of these but ended up compromising with my companion and sharing the com tam/broken rice and the Burmese salad. The rice was delicious, with the cooked and raw components all tasty, although the grilled pork was flavoured a tad sweet for my taste, and a side of broth would have enhanced the dish. The salad was a decent meal, with the varied ingredients offering a range of flavours and textures. The balsamic dressing was again a little bit sweet for me but did not dominate. The seeds and cashews punctuated the light and fresh vegetables with bursts of substance and crunch. I will have the opportunity to support this precious vegan cafe a little more over the next few months and intend to do so. After a delicious lunch experience I look forward to trying more of the menu.

Cheap, tasty food ⭐️⭐️⭐️
We were here for a late-ish lunch (1:45pm) on a Saturday. The cafe space was pleasant. We ordered a wrap ($9), a vegan pork banh mi ($7) and some spring rolls ($9). The spring rolls were nice and the dipping sauce had a nice chilli bite. The wrap was delicious, with a fresh lemongrass flavour. The banh mi came with added chilli, which we had actually said we didn't want. Fortunately it was not too hot for us, but it did overpower the other flavours. I was a bit surprised (as were other customers here on the day) that there was no toilet, and it was lucky there was a public one just across the road (although staff did not point this out). Otherwise, this is a decent, cheap lunch spot.

Don’t miss this place - Edit
My partner and I found this place after 6 months of living in the area, quickly became one of our favourites. I love the vermicelli noodle salad, my partner likes the soba noodle salad - great for avocado lovers. They also do baked goods in store, the shops seems to be run by a family - very welcoming and friendly!

Finally got around to trying this place after it was recommended to me. I was not disappointed! Lots of menu items to choose from and really friendly, down to earth service. Cute and cosy little cafe inside also.
Read moreI tried the pho (gluten free option), the rice paper rolls (GF option) and the vermicelli salad (also GF, apart from the spring rolls, which are optional). The pho was the best vegan pho I have ever had, the broth was beautiful. The rice paper rolls were amazing also.

Delicious food and friendly service - Edit
I love this cafe, it's a failsafe for delicious food and friendly service.
Read moreMy favourites are the prawn and pork rice paper rolls (SO fresh and delicious), the com tam (broken rice) which has delicious crispy fried clear noodles, and grilled/fried pork, and salad ingredients which balances out the heavier components; and the banh mi which has the same grilled/fried pork in a crunchy bread roll.
Also, the prices here are very reasonable.
Pros: delicious banh mi, broken rice, rice paper rolls, friendly service, affordable
