Best - Edit
As a portuguese found a bit expensive, probably more geared for tourist that can afford those prices on a regular basis, but it was so good that i forgot about the prices, probably the best vegan restaurant i ever visited.

Vi firade min frus födelsedag med en trerättersmiddag. Alla rätter var mycket goda. Personalen var trevlig och jag kan rekommendera detta ställe.

Superb seitan, lovely atmosphere and warm personalities of the staff. The place was full at 7pm and it’s well-deserved.

One of the best meals of our holiday - Edit
This is an adorable restaurant, the staff are friendly and the food is great.
Read moreWe had the croquettes which were a delight, and the tofu fish and seitan steak. The fish was good, but wow, the seitan steak was the standout. I’m still thinking about the sauce days later. If you’re into salty food (I am), it’s a must try. We visited some of the ‘top’ restaurants in Lisbon and nothing was as show stopping as the steak. We finished with the banoffee and biscuit cake, both were good.

We ate here one evening. It was good that it was a totally vegan restaurant. The service was very friendly but the food took a long time to arrive. It was good food, we enjoyed our meal.

Excellent food and service! - Edit
We came here on a recommendation from another vegan restaurant in Lisbon, and it did not disappoint. We shared the Albeira croquettes to start, then we had the Portuguese seitan steak. This comes with chips (for my UK readers this is big fresh warm crisps), not French fries, topped with vegan egg. This was delicious!! We finished off with Banofee. The owner was lovely and also gave us a shot of Ginjinha to finish. Very nice man, and loved staff. Worth visiting when in Faro!

Good if you want something different - Edit
We had the croquettes and mojito's to start and then the seitan steak and Francesinha. We really loved the starter and cocktails. The main dishes were a bit special (I liked the steak, but the Francesinha was definitely not for us).
Read moreThe food is made with love and has lots of flavor, but you have to be open minded to try something different (however you could also just play it safe and take the burger, which looked delicious).
Update: the day after we got a dessert for takeaway and it was the best thing EVER. So good.

🌟 One of the Best Restaurants I’ve Ever Been To! 🌟 - Edit
This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. It offers traditional Portuguese food but entirely vegan. Every dish is made with so much love and care.
Read moreWe started with some delicious appetizers that instantly set the tone. For the main course, we had the vegan “duck rice” and it was incredible: full of flavor, perfectly cooked and deeply comforting. The dessert was beautifully presented.
The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch.
I honestly wish I could come back tomorrow. Please do yourself a favor and come here… I’m not kidding. This place is something special.
Pros: Traditional portuguese food but all vegan, Price is very fair for what you get, Top service

First rate - Edit
First rate food, service and ambiance. We had a lovely evening here and were very well looked after. The restaurant was so busy too. We were impressed with the turnover. We had Portuguese classics - from mushrooms to fish stew. And loved the tiniest port mugs at the end. Highly recommend

Wow! - Edit
We were so happy to find this place and to get a table - we had not booked and there was a queue at the door at opening time. We had the cheese board (cashew based), the mushrooms and the croquettes for appetizers and then the fish stew, fish with tomato rice and the baked tofu for mains. All excellent. We want to come back to Faro just so we can come back here!

Make sure to make a reservation as this restaurant is very popular. As a starter we had the Alheira croquettes with vegan mayonnaise, which was perfect. The pumpkin risotto was also tasty, and the roasted tofu was delicious. The cheesecake was a piece of art and also delicious.
