Sweet treats for all. - Edit
Some of the best donuts I have ever had the joy of eating. Got a box of 6 to sample what was on offer, and two delicious oat latte's, one hot, one cold. Everything was absolutely deeeeeeeelish, and I could not recommend O.verte more if I tried. Go here.

delicate, decadent & disguised from sight - Edit
why does this place feel the need to hide? it is wonderous. the donuts are sweet, soft & not challenging on the palette. the coffee is smooth & rich. my dad, a nonvegan, said these were the best donuts hed ever had. i must agree. the frosting to donut ratio is generous in its equality, something cheap donut shops (vegan or no) never do with their tablespoon sized slather of frosting for a hefty (if vegan often dry) donut. these donuts will change your life if you can find the building.
Read morethey say the entrance to heaven is a pair of golden gates. i say its a pair of green-painted wood & glass doors.

Pros: modest pricing, splendid vegan pastry indistinguishable from nonve, english & korean spoke eloquently
Cons: small cramped enclosure , awkward seating arrangements , impossible to find

Incredible donuts - Edit
Really lovely donut shop with so many delicious vegan options, came here multiple times during our stay in Seoul. They glaze the donuts on the spot which makes them super fresh & delicious. The coffee is also incredible , definitely worth visiting

Super delicious! - Edit
We tried garlic, raspberry and one hazelnut chocolate.
Read moreThey were all delicious and the lemon ades and matcha were also great. The matcha tea was super soft.
But let me get back to the garlic donut, in Europe garlic is something you add to savoury dishes, it is not common to eat it sweet, but it was weirdly good.
Unfortunately it was not open during Chuseok.

10/10 - Edit
Stopped here specifically on our way to Namsam Park, and it was very worth it!
Read moreThe woman at the counter speaks perfect English and is super nice and guided us through the different flavours.
We had a classic glace, a matcha crumble topping and a black sesame glace plus drinks (soy milk and cows milk are available).
2025 update: came back 3 years later. Still delicious, the girls at the counter were super nice and recommended a fig and pistachio special that was super good, almost like a mini cake. I also took home an earl grey with cream donut that was delicious!

Nice doughnuts and coffee - Edit
We got the garlic bread and hazelnut/chocolate doughnuts. The garlic one was unique. The chocolate one was good. The staff were friendly but made some strange comments about us having to share a large (clearly sharing) table. Made me think the restaurant may get some badly behaved westerners.

Cozy place and nice staff - Edit
A small but cozy place with nice coffee and donuts. We were a bit late so the only donuts left were the raspberry/pistachio and the matcha. Raspberry/pistachio was very nice, matcha was not really my thing though😄

You right I think I was ranking and comparing to the fact it wasn't like a full restaurant with main meals but that's unfair and I should rank it as what it is

Decent coffee and sweet treat - Edit
I went twice and the staff are beyond lovely and really helpful.
Read moreThe coffee is alright not overly strong and good selection of vegan doughnuts (I wouldn't say mind blowing'ly good, but maybe I just dont love doughnuts enough...but if you do, maybe you would love it!).
I think the pricing was really good too, defo budget friendly if you are traveling on a budget but want a treat.
Also, something to add, if you sit in and have a coffee, the amount you get seems to be smaller then when you get it to go.
Pros: Lovely staff, Really good prices, Good selection

Favorite vegan donuts on the planet - Edit
I’ve had a lot of vegan donuts. They’re usually dry. The ones at O.Verte are moist and delicious. They’re, without exaggeration, my favorite on the planet. My fave are the Earl Grey and Almond. The pumpkin spice latte is also really well done. Spicy without being too sweet.

Delicious donuts! - Edit
Went in 2024 and got half a dozen - Matcha, onion, black sesame, tiramisu, hazelnut choco, i honestly forget exactly which flavors! but they were all delicious! I especially loved the savoury garlic cream cheese one. They made them fresh since we went for opening so they were extra amazing.

Best donuts in the world! - Edit
If, like us, you are a tourist your only option is to cry while you eat your donut and drink your coffee. You cry because you know that nothing your home town has to offer will ever come close to the deliciousness of this donut or coffee. You might think, ‘mate it’s just a donut’ but if you haven’t tried them yet, you cannot pass judgement. I would literally fly back to Seoul just for the donuts.
Read moreThe star of the show is the garlic bread donut which comes with a creamy herb ‘cheese’ spread. It just works and it’s spectacular.

Passing by, we grabbed a hazelnut chocolate donut and enjoyed it on the go. It had nice texture and was very tasty! The cafe has a variety of flavours for donuts that might seem unusual for Western customers.

Vegan Donuts & Great Coffee - Edit
Tried both the matcha donut and the hazelnut chocolate donut, both were delicious! When vegan options are relatively hard to come by in Korea, we really enjoyed this with a coffee.

It’s.. ok - Edit
I hate to give bad reviews but honestly this was really so so…
Read more1. they serve cow milk even tho it’s marketed as fully vegan on happy cow.
2. donuts are made with cupcake dough.. so the do not taste like a donuts.
If you want to eat real vegan donuts go to Veganature.
Pros: Location
Cons: Wrong dough, Serve cow milk, Not really tasty (imo)

My recommendation would be the black sesame donut - it was nutty and delicious with a thick cream on top. The earl grey donut was very sweet since the bottom seemed to be soaked in a syrup.
Read moreBarley latte (iced with soy): earthy and bitter - no syrup/sweetness is added, nice with the donuts if you like the taste of barley!
