Surprising vegan pizza - Edit
There are two vegan pizzas: marinara, and i had the chickpea and onion one - great and surprising. The wine was wonderful, and the price was very good considering the fanciness. Must book in advance, they have a very good online booking system in their website.

Read morePartiamo dagli antipasti, per i vegani la scelta è molto limitata a pietanze per di più semplicissime e banali (montanara con pomodoro, bruschetta con pomodori, pizza marinara più piccola).
Come pizze ci sono due opzioni vegane, una con crema di ceci e cipolle(molto buona) e l'altra è la semplice marinara.
Per i dolci, mentre dal lato onnivoro c'è di tutto e di più, come opzioni vegan c'erano solo dei biscotti secchi con base alla nocciola.
Onestamente nel 2025 un colosso come pepe in grani non può rimanere così indietro con i tempi, soprattutto considerando che ci sono posti molto più piccoli che investono molto di più nel vegan

Top level pizza degustation - Edit
Had 8 course vegan pizza degustation. In hindsight, it was too much, and I couldn't finish the last 2 courses (but they gave a takeaway box). Dough was light and delicious. Toppings were high quality and flavoursome. Beautiful location. Has a cute bar around the corner (buco) for aperitifs. Worth the drive there. Needs bookings in advance as it's always busy when I've been there. There are many step to climbs to get there.
