Easy vegan Mexican - Edit
Edit for 2025: Pepe’s no longer carries vegan cheese. We will not be returning due to this.

The new Birria tacos are so good! The tacos are super melty with the vegan cheese and flavorful.
They can sub all the kids options to be vegan and do a slight upcharge for them. But still cheaper than the other menu options.

We’ve been here several times and will keep coming back. They have a great vegan selection and it’s clearly labeled in a separate section on the menu. Favorite items are the birria tacos and fajitas. Super tasty and food is always sizzling hot when it arrives. Portion sizes are large! We usually end up taking some food home. Staff is always friendly.

I have been here twice and have had the tacos, enchilada, Birria, bowl, burrito, and nachos. The beef tacos are the best in my opinion. Although everything is good, and the staff is friendly.

Delicious vegan Mexican food - Edit
The vegan food here is phenomenal. Nothing is spicy, but everything is delicious. We had the birra tacos and the enchilada verdes with the faux chicken. Dessert was their chocolate cheesecake. Absolutely fabulous. We will be coming here often! Astrid was very knowledgable about the vegan menu and very friendly.

I love how they have a separate vegan menu section. The offerings were plenty! Vegan Birria tacos, vegan nachos, vegan tacos, vegan enchiladas, vegan XXL burritos! And bonus, they prepare their vegan items separately. Plant based protein options are chicken and beef.

Salsa is excellent! - Edit
There is a dedicated vegan section on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable but the food is not very flavorful or unique. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit this restaurant again. Outdoor seating gives it a nice atmosphere.

really cute place. i liked being able to order a vegan quesadilla with chicken- like how cool! the serving sizes are tinyyy though. i didn’t really like their beyond meat but i think that might just be a personal preference because i don’t really favor the taste of beef. overall it was a good experience
