It's ok - Edit
We ordered Tofu and Mushroom Pho and the this isn't chicken bùn vermicelli; both were a bit bland. Does not taste like authentic vietnamese food (especially compared to options in california) but didn't entirely expect it to either. Would not go back

Fresh, healthy and tasty - Edit
They have a good range of vegan options, from mock meat ('This isnt' brand) which are tasty, to vegetables (some unusual mushrooms) and tofu. Very tasty and healthy, staff are friendly and the food comes quickly even though it's a very busy place.

Excellent pre-theatre dinner - Edit
Lots of clearly marked vegan options on the menu (available on their website) with tofu or This isn’t Chicken available for the curry dishes. I went for a spicy curry with the fake chicken, and it was great although I will try the tofu next time. Vegan no-prawn crackers to start and a huge banana fritter for dessert. Recommended . If we hadn’t had dessert though, I suspect we would have been in and out in 50 mins, so it might not be a special occasion destination- although good if you have a play to catch
Read morePros: Lots of vegan options, No one is complaining about size of fritter, Food was really good
Cons: Might be too rushed for some

We typically get takeaway through Deliveroo when we are short of time in an evening as we know delivery is always really quick. The food is always consistently good and tastes really fresh and healthy. Loads of vegan options whether you’d like fried or raw. Love it!!

Obsessed - Edit
Pho has taken most of my money since moving to Cam. So reliably tasty with a HUGE range of options! Also such a relief that everything is gluten free - it quite freeing to not have to worry about cross-contamination. The vegan chicken fried rice is one of my favourites (not pictured as I eat it before I can) and the pho is good too, though not as authentic as family-run Vietnamese pho. So happy it’s a chain - I always look out for a Pho when travelling around the UK as a safe place to eat. Can’t recommend enough!

Pros: All gluten free! (Except spring rolls), Tons of vegan options
Cons: Needs a loyalty scheme so I can cash in

Love - Edit
The food here is amazing. There are so many vegan options (dishes featuring mushrooms, tofu, and fake meat) and I always leave feeling satisfied and full. It’s really crucial in the winter when you need a big bowl of soup as well.

Always a Winner - Edit
Pho is a place I love to take family and friends. The menu has lots of vegan options and now there is a choice of tofu and This! Is not chicken too.
Read moreI always choose the veggie summer rolls with peanut sauce and the Spicy Green pho with tofu. I never get tired of either dish. If only all healthy food was this delicious!
The hosts have always been lovely and helpful. The place itself has good ambiance but the lighting is low and invariably provides difficulty when reading the menu. Better lighting would be very welcome for those with poorer eyesight.
There are not many vegan dessert options, however, the sorbets are fruity, creamy and refreshing.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Fresh and delicious, Cozy atmosphere
Cons: Lighting is too dim., Not many vegan dessert options., No decaffeinated coffee option.

✓ Menu Clearly marked with Allergens, GF, Vegan and Vegetarians
Read moreLotus stem and green bean salad (£6.25); Tofu & mushroom pho noodle soup [£9.50]; spicy tofu & mushroom noodle soup [£9.95]; Spicy mushroom and pak choi noodle soup [£10.25]; Spicy tofu & greens noodle soup [£10.75]
I’ve never dined in Pho Cambridge but I’ve had it via Deliveroo several times. It always hits the spot when I want some clear, heart warming and fresh noodle soup. A good number of vegan options, that there’s even Vegan appetisers! I have tried the Lotus stem and green bean salad which is delightful! It’s refreshing, crunchy, sweet and nutty with the dressing on the fresh vegetables. For the Pho, I do like the vegan soup, sweet and clean… there is room for improvement (more depth) but still, delicious and very satisfying especially during the colder time of the year! A good proportion of toppings (tofu, mushrooms, vegetables etc.) to noodles. I love that for delivery, they separate the soup, noodles & toppings and herbs & beansprouts! This keeps the noodles from getting soggy and allows you to experience the pho as you should with fresh herbs, chilli and beansprouts to add to fragrance, freshness and crunch! With such attentiveness even for delivery, I can only imagine that the food will be that much better eaten fresh out of the kitchen at the restaurant!

Go here Pho sure! - Edit
This was a funky and busy place which I really liked. All the vegan items were clearly marked and the staff were very friendly. I had their tofu and veg rice bowl which was amazing and a side of their green beans and sugar snap peas with peanut dip because I'm a peanut butter fiend. I would wholeheartedly recommend both dishes and I'm gutted there isn't a Pho near me.

If you're into asian food this is a must! The noodle dishes and soups (pho) are great and we were told that, quite simply, where meat, eggs or dairy are not mentioned directly on the menu, the items are vegan.

Sooooo good! - Edit
I like this place so much that I went 3 times in 5 days just after it opened. It is really convenient because it is in the centre of town and the food is amazing! Like Santa Barbara, CA amazing :-) My favorite dishes are the Bun tofu + mushroom vermicelli and the Hot and Spicy tofu + mushroom soup. Everything marked vegetarian can be made vegan except for a couple of things that have eggs in them, but none of the noodles have eggs. Do make sure to mention that you want it vegan without the fish sauce though because fish sauce is the default for Bun. They give you soy-ginger sauce instead and it is really good. And they give lots of sauce so your noodles can swim :-) The place has a nice, cozy atmosphere and is much larger than it looks (there is much more upstairs). There is also a bar with comfy seats to hang out in while you wait for a table (they don’t take reservations). It’s also pretty cheap - we had 2 full meals for less than £17. The staff are very friendly (and they know what vegan is!) and more diverse than the usual Cambridge crowd which also gives it more of a California feel. I look forward to many more visits!
