Cozy and delicious - Edit
The restaurant was so cute and cozy! I actually thought the pizza was super yummy and the dough especially was fantastic. I will definitely be back for sure to try more of the menu. Was a shame there was no vegan pasta but I loved that the menu was basically 50% vegan which is great.

We visited Piccolo during our recent stay and ordered the pepperoni lovers and quattro stagioni pizzas, with some fries. The pizzas were so fresh and very flavourful and packed full of toppings, although the pepperoni pizza base was a little burnt in places and the cheese could have been spread more evenly.
Read moreUnfortunately, the chocolate cookie and cream cake and cheese cake we got for dessert were a let down, with the cookie being dry and the cheesecake was just bland without a syrup or sauce.
Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely, with a nice interior. Lots of inexpensive vegan options too. I would visit again, but only for pizza.

Tons of vegan options, and some quite original and different from what you usually see on non vegan places. The restaurant was very nice, including the music and the decoration. And the food 👌👌👌.

Looking for a Chinese takeaway I stumbled on Pizza Piccolo’s vegan menu in the window. I was surprised to see a ‘full’ vegan menu, not just a token pizza to show willing.
Read moreIt boasted no less than 15 named vegan pizzas and 25 toppings to mix and match to make it perfect. Feeling hungry, it had 9 starters and 3 different types of fries including sweet potato fries. Pizza not your thing? They offer 4 different vegan burgers, 2 vegan wraps and vegan fish and chips. Got a sweet tooth? They have 6 vegan desserts too 🌱Crazy.
The restaurant looked cute and the manager helpful. Opting for the 15 inch vegan chicken and chilli pizza in with sweet potato fries, I had a ten minutes wait on a comfy chair before departing with my take away.
Back at the hotel the pizza tasted delicious. The chicken tasted really good and the green chillis added a mild heat to spice it up. The fries we’re crispy and tasty too.
Would I go back - Yes and to sit in too.
Would I recommend - Yes.
Pros: Massive vegan menu, Lots of options , Lots of desserts too
