Great Café! - Edit
The breakfast was really delicious. I loved that they make everything themselves if they can. The menu encourages you to adress any possible allergies. When I told them I‘m allergic to almonds they handled it very well. They were so kind and careful and made sure that I find another option I‘m comfortable with since they make their own butter which they use for almost everything with almonds.

We really loves the food and the flavors. Avokado toast on good bread was Amazing and simple, yet full of tasty flavours because of Nice spice mix on topp. Croissante with almonds was amazing. And the macha latte and golden latte verry good.

Nice Café in Den Hague - Edit
I liked Plenty. The food was nice but did taste a little health food-ish/esoteric. The Avocado bread had all kinds of stuff on it and especially the fennel (?) was a bit too much for me. The pancakes were nice and not overly sweet. The soup of the day was great! Shame we missed out on the breakfast Deal, outside of that it is quite expensive.

Great tasting cakes and delicious soup. The staff was very friendly and the place offers a nice atmosphere. They offered decaf coffee but for a 1€ surcharge.

Both were uuuuunbelievable!! The pancakes were bigger than I expected and very fluffy. Only the toppings could be more.
I was so curious about the square, I had no idea what to expect, but it was very good! Sweeter than I thought, like a blondie with some tahini on top
To go I had:

Snickers Style Bar 4,80€
Cinnamon Roll 4,80€
All of them were delicious. The croissant gets regularly freshly baked and then filled by them. The snickers couldve been sweeter, but the roll was even better!! Super gooey.

I went to Plenty on at about 11am on a Saturday morning, after a morning walking around The Hague. The cafe was busy, but with a bright, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and a couple of free tables.
Read moreI got the breakast platter with an iced oat latte. The platter comprised an open-faced avocado sandwich, a little bowl of soya yoghurt with granola, and a full-sized croissant. The sandwich had pesto and whole spices on it, which was a nice spin on the basic avocado toast. The granola was also a bit unusual with dried flower petals and puffed quinoa.
All together it came to €18.30, which is not cheap but I don't think was expensive for the quality and quantity of what I got. Also the location is lovely, a really pretty street just outside the centre with lovely little shops on it.

I was initially disappointed because I wanted the shakshuka, but apparently the website menu is out of date, so they didn't have it. But the dhal and soup were amazing, and the pancakes and coffee were good. Also, the servers were welcoming and seemed genuinely glad to have us as customers, which hasn't been a common experience with other restaurants in the Netherlands unfortunately. The space itself is also really nice and cozy.

Bis 12 Uhr gibt es einen Frühstücksdeal, den haben wir leider knapp verpasst.
Schade, denn dieser hätte einen Joghurt mit Granola, ein Croissant und ein Avocado Brot inkl. Kaffee oder Tee beinhaltet.

The atmosphere of this place is great and the staff is very nice. Maybe that’s why it’s usually busy when I visit.
Read moreThey have many great sweet foods, like pancakes, cinnamon roll, almond croissant, carrot cake/muffin and parsnip cake.
Their savoury dishes are sometimes too strongly seasoned. I love their salads, but their mushroom sandwich was too seasoned (with middle eastern seasoning).
They have nice kombucha by Clark Fermentation and their golden latte, chai latte, homemade smoothies and lemonades are good as well. Btw, they only have oatmylk.
