Los sabores y el concepto de The Pot son de verdad únicos, sus caldos, tanto el ramen como la sopa Malasya son explosiones de sabores y texturas. Ojalá fueran más consistentes con la disponibilidad de sus productos. Los sánduches eran deliciosos pero no los volvieron a sacar.

Probé The Pot a través de Rappi y me gusto mucho la sazón en general, buen uso de especias incluso para alguien con un gusto muy simple en sabores. La porción esta balanceada entre base, proteína y toppings lo cual hace muy disfrutable la experiencia completa del plato.

Sugeriría que si tienen este tipo de plataformas las mantengan activas y actualizadas para no confundir a los clientes.

Best VEGAN spot in Bogotá - Edit
I've lived in Bogotá for 5 months now and I've eaten at most of the vegan and vegetarian restaurants here, but The Pot is by far the greatest. Cheap, fast and delicious! 100% carnivore-approved.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were fresh off the plane, 7-8 hour journey to Bogota and hungry.
Read moreOne of the partners (owners) walked in while were were ordering. They explained the concept: pick a base, pick a protein, pick vegetables, pick sauces, pick toppings. He even gave us a sample of the meatball and seitan. We loved our creation. We wished there were more veggie options. We felt the dish had a cold-hot food temps and it just didn’t feel consistent. I want a hot dish or a cold dish, but for parts of the dish to be hot and other parts cold, just wasn’t my favorite.
Bring cash incase the credit card machine is down, again.
Some of the proteins and veggies had their own flavor/sauces, but you can add more sauces so the dish which can be overwhelming with variety of flavors. All flavors were great, it was just a unique experience.

The concept is nice - make a bowl with the ingredients you want. I can recommend the mandarin... tofu or whatever it was... and the seitan. Friendly service too. The cold green tea is refreshing.
