Delicious vegan ramen! I love that there is a specific/separate vegan menu! I got the miso ramen the vegan egg & my partner got the negi-goma ramen atsuage (extra tofu). Broths were delicious and hearty & honestly some of the best flavor/texture of tofu I’ve had in a restaurant! Vegan egg was a fun addition but really didn’t have any flavor. Really just got it to see what it was exactly.

Best Ramen Ever - Edit
Although not a fully vegan restaurant, Ramen Danbo has a vegan menu that offers a vegan version of their regular menu. I had the vegan spicy classic which was incredible. The ramen was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were perfect.

They have an option for a vegan egg on the menu but I was informed that it was unavailable today which was disappointing. Would definitely love to try it in the future.
The service was good and the restaurant was cozy. If I lived near Ramen Danbo I’d be here all the time. Highly recommend!

Extensive vegan Ramen menu with lots of customization options - Edit
When we went for dinner, there were four vegan Ramen broth available, each with three options for the style, along with a special, vegan curry Ramen, that was seasonal. My wife had the spicy version, and I had the sesame with tofu. We both liked how we could customize the firmness and style of the noodles to our liking, there was also a kaedama or noodle refill available, which I partook in. The Ramen was super flavorful and will be back soon to try more. Unfortunately, they were out of the vegan soft boiled egg that looked really interesting, hopefully next time!
