I went there every day during my stay in Florence, it was the perfect place for late breakfast. Staff was super friendly and the food was excellent.

I really like their food, it was fresh and tasty, but I don't understand why they use disposable dishes, although compostable, but still I would prefer normal one, when you are sitting in the bistro. Unnecessary waste - this is why only 4 stars. But staff was super nice!

Er zijn een aantal dingen die wij jammer vonden aan ons bezoek. Buiten is weinig zitplek, en binnen is het erg benauwd, krap en warm. Wij verbaasden ons erover, zeker op een vegan plek, dat er veel wegwerpmateriaal werd gebruikt. Plastic bekers en houten bestek. Behalve dat het zonde is, waren de pizza’s ook niet te snijden met de houten mesjes. Het eten en de sapjes waren verder wel vers en lekker.

We just tasted their cookie. It was very very soft (which I guess is often the case with raw desserts), tasted more like banana than chocolate and was very expensive at EUR 4 / piece. They of course also offer raw pizzas, whole menus, raw cakes, drinks, smoothies etc, but this review only pertains to their cookie, as we were only looking for a snack.

A Vegan Option in Florence - Edit
Vegan restaurant. All the staff spoke good English. The place is very tidy and pretty. A bit far from the historic center if you're walking in the summer in Florence. Prices a bit high for the small quantity. I ordered a burrito. I confess I was extremely disappointed. The burrito didn't taste like a vegan burrito and the guacamole didn't taste like guacamole. But it was worth the experience.

Preços um pouco elevados pela pequena quantidade. Pedi um burrito. Confesso que fiquei extremamente decepcionado. O burrito não tinha gosto de burrito vegano e a guacamole não tinha gosto de guacamole, tava bem sem sal. Mas valeu a experiência.

Era una piadina crudista fatta con ingredienti di qualità, a basso contenuto di sale e olio. Per questo non ti è sembrato un vero burrito, ma soprattutto perchè non c'erano dei fagioli!
Hai sicuramente ordinato il Raw Tex Mex Wrap, ovvero: piadina al pomodoro e basilico farcita con peperoni, avocado, cipolla, zucchine, carote, pomodori secchi marinati salsa guacamole, germogli di lenticchie con hummus di piselli.
E' stato un wrap diverso e speciale allo stesso tempo, da mangiare come qualcosa di nuovo !

We got a wrap and chocolate smoothie which were both good, but it looked like our neighbors got even more exciting dishes and the desserts looked phenomenal as well. I have a feeling we barely scratched the surface of treasures.
