Good shop - Edit
December 23, 2024: The staff was very friendly and the selection was good. I was able to pick up some chocolate truffle cakes from the refrigerator section (which the gentleman at the register let me know was best after being defrosted) and some Dandies vegan marshmallows.

This place and Rhinebeck Health Foods on Garden Street in Rhinebeck center are the best places to get health foods close to home without having to cross the Kingston bridge. You won't always find what you want (for that go to Mother Earth's in Kingston) but it's convenient, the staff is friendly, and they have a good rewards/punchcard program.

I'm not from this area, but was staying nearby and needed some health food items. The store owner was incredibly helpful and absolutely friendly. The place is small and cute like the rest of Red Hook, but well stocked.
