Meh - Edit
In all fairness this is not a vegan bakery- there’s that. They had several choices though- I chose the vegan carrot cake cupcake. The icing was very good- cupcake/not so much. Very dense felt like I was eating a bran muffin. I would not go again.

Cons: Never thought I wouldn’t finish a , carrot cake cupcake.

There were other vegan foods too but that was just from the bakery case. The vanilla cupcake was delicious, I'm so glad we stopped

Good enough. - Edit
Average tasting baked goods. I’m glad they offer gf-vegan items. I was underwhelmed with the thin layer of vegan cream cheese on my $5 toast.

Vegan items always available - Edit
Most bakeries have 0-1 vegan items, so why bother? This one is different. Rise has about 4-6 vegan items on a daily basis. That's not stellar, but it's nice.
Read moreTheir attention to dietary restrictions means that you know this vegan stuff is vegan. It's nice. They mark items as soy free, nut free, egg free and dairy free with a color coded system.
The choices range from muffins and quick breads to bars and cupcakes. The baked goods are not bad, and they don't taste terrible. They also don't taste phenomenal. However, you will not be left out if you go here with your friends and are gluten-free.
It's a nice place to support, so go on by and buy vegan (gluten-free!) at this 100% gluten-free bakery. The more people who demand vegan.... the more vegan choices there will be! Yeah!
Pros: Labels for dairy and egg free, Labels V for vegan, Gluten free
Cons: Not all vegan, Only about 4-6 vegan items daily
