Lunch - sandwiches were lovely! - Edit
I didn’t expect much at this pit stop for lunch, however they had chickpea sweetcorn sandwiches as well as roasted aubergine, carrot and coriander houmous (must say this sandwich was so tasty!). There were also a couple of options for cakes.
