Average ramen - Edit
A few vegan options, we had the vegan gyozas and the two ramen made vegan (egg omitted). The gyozas had a bit too much ginger for my taste.
Read moreThe shoyu ramen was a light mushroom broth, but it lacked flavour, and mainly just tasted salty. The combinations of greens were also weird (never had celeriac in a ramen before), the seaweed was overpowering and the tofu boring. Definitely chose the tantan instead, more flavours and nice mushrooms as topping. Noodles were fine.
If we were to have ramen again in Porto, I think we would look somewhere else. Prices also a bit on the high end.

Read moreAfter having top notch vegan ramen in Barcelona, RO had big shoes to fill in but it didn't quite meet my expectations nor it's fame.
Paid 32€ for 2 people, just ramen and drinks, no appetizers or desserts.
Both the plant based ramen options lacked flavour in the broth and could have been more generous in the toppings/veggies.
If you're vegan please remember to request no egg in your ramen!
Beware that you're probably not gonna be able to have a meal there without making a reservation.
Pros: Good location, Service was relatively fast, Tables in the back are quiet
Cons: You have to make a reservation , Overrated in general, Could have more and better plant based options
