Ok, tastes a little like fryer oil - Edit
Got the garden roll from the vegan section, the components tasted a little too fried and oily. Would have liked it better as fresh vegetable and tofu. The avocado musubi was good - didn’t taste like fryer oil.

There is a vegan section on the menu, but I ordered the Forbidden City roll from the deep fried section. It has marinated tofu, tempura sweet potato, ginger guac, pico, Goma seaweed, and a side of "teri-aioli." It was tasty, but I think I would have liked it even more if it weren't deep fried.
