Tasty miso spaghetti - Edit
I agree with the other comments here. They only have one vegan pasta dish, the miso spaghetti. I really liked it, it was served with carrots, celeriac and celery, not the usual vegan vegetabled like tomato or zucchini which was quite surprising. We went at 2:30 PM and the restaurant was still quite crowded, but they served the meals very fast. You can taste that the quality is high, they even make the spaghetti themselves next door!

Our hotelier recommended this place. It was already pretty filled up when we arrived, so we had to wait about 30mins to get a table. The waitress was very friendly. I was very happy to find a vegan labeled option on the menu. The ‘’spaghetti miso’’ were very tasty. The restaurant makes their own, handmade pasta just across the street! I really enjoyed this experience.

The miso spaghetti are boring and without love, unfortunately. Other vegan option is the minestrone as appetiser, which was pretty good. Service was very nice!

Tasty vegan spagett miso - Edit
Only one vegan dish on the menu, but the owner is experimenting with other vegan options because she sees a growing demand from vegan visitors to Piran. Their vegan spagetti miso was very tasty and quite filling.

We were walking around Piran looking at menus and Rostelin was the first restaurant we found that had a vegan item on the menu. The item was miso spaghetti which wouldn’t have been my first choice, but we were hungry and none of the other restaurant we checked before Rostelin were open to making something vegan. Even a different restaurant that showed avocado toast had firmly told us it was unavailable after 2 pm. So, Rostelin it was. Our waitress was lovely! When we asked about the vegan option she told us she could have the kitchen make something better and brought out a plate of excellent freshly made spinach pasta with leeks cooked in olive oil and topped with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. The pasta was honestly the best fresh pasta I’ve ever had and I was so touched that she made the effort to ensure we had a good meal.

As other comments say, the only vegan option is the “spaghetti miso”. The pasta itself really nice. Not outstanding the rest of the flavours but overall a nice meal.

Had the spaghetti Miso vegan (labelled on the menu). They do not sound much but these freshly made pasta were very good! Can recommend this vegan optin in piran!
