Best food in salou - Edit
Was over the moon to find a vegan / veggie place locally and it did not disappoint. The croquettes and calamari were incredible. The owner was very friendly (and Scottish which earns bonus points). Don’t miss this when in Salou or surrounding areas!

Es el mejor lugar de todo el pueblo! Siempre que voy (1 o 2 veces por semana) estoy supercómoda. Me encantan las opciones que tienen sin gluten y que todas las comidas están buenísimas! El servicio es super acogedor y el ambiente, la musica, la decoración te hacen sentir como en casa. De precio está genial, y la calidad de los platos también.

Whenever we're in Salou, going to Sama Sama is a must. Very good food, amazing ambience and great customer service. A highlight are the oatmilk coffees, but everything is great.

They had a wide menu with a lot of vegan options, including sandwiches, burgers, pancakes, nachos, smoothies, and more. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were generous. The ambience was really nice. I will definitely come back several more times this trip. I had the chicken giro and nachos. Both were fantastic! Their patio is pet-friendly.

Nos gustó mucho este sitio y a pesar de estar etiquetado como vegetariano tienen muchísimas opciones veganas. Además son cosas algo diferentes a lo habitual vegano y estaban muy buenas. Super recomendable.

We loved our visit to Sama Sama! We were sat in the covered outdoor area, which was busy with locals, we didn't notice another tourist and it had a friendly, laid back atmosphere. It was dog friendly too, which we loved!

We had the combi of tequeños and balls stuffed with vegan cheese with tomato chutney and vegan beetroot - the cheese stuffing was so good, one of my favourite vegan cheese dishes I've had and the pink beetroot dip was delicious!
We tried the croquettes with romesco sauce and they were amazing too. We shared a Cesar bowl between us as we'd had the sharing plates, which was really nice, with the best vegan Cesar dressing!
If you're visiting the area, it is quite hard to find many vegan options but this place is amazing, like an oasis in the desert - go and visit if you're in Salou.

We were staying in La Pineda and walked to Salou, which took about 45 minutes. There are regular busses and a taxi wouldn't cost that much

Great veggie place, most things are vegan so there was plenty of options! I had the vegan Caesar chikn salad which was a big portion and probably the best vegan caesar salad I’ve ever had! We also had a trio of hummus and veggies which were nice and fresh. My partner had the ivy burrito which was filled nicely and very tasty.

Excellent food by the beach, which is really something. Everything is very good, the staff is very nice, what can I say, just go there if you're in Salou, you won't find a better place to eat. They also have brunch options, so it's a nice place for those who eat earlier than the very late Spanish hours.

In salou there is limited options for healthy clean quality food, this place is a gem 💎 the staff are lovely, the design, decor and vibes are just homie, warm and great music. The food is priced very fairly, the dishes are a mix everything but with a healthy spin and the desserts 🧁 are divine. If you go to Salou and feel like brunch, date night or just vibe alone with a coffee on the terrace I truly recommend this place 🙏💗🪷🧘🏽♀️
