Great ramen! - Edit
As a ramen lover I absolutely recommend coming here. A couple of different vegetarian ramen options, some with mock meats. Also recommend the jackfruit 'bitterballen'.

Delicious food - Edit
Limited options but all vegetarian dishes can be made vegan by leaving out the egg. Taste always on point! Had the tantanmen ramen as a main and the fried jackfruit and veggie gyoza

5* - One of the best Vegan Ramen - Edit
I'm a Ramen lover, and I've eaten Ramen in many different cities looking for the best Ramen.. and one of the options at Sanju is definitely one of the best I've ever had.
Read moreThey have a few vegetarian options that can be veganized if you ask for them without the egg, I've never tried anything but the vegan starters and the Ramen so I don't really know about the rest. As for the ramen, they have the mushroom one, one that is "deconstructed" and you have to dip things in (never had this one but a friend did) and the Tantanmen... and this is where it gets delicious... it's SO GOOD. Really.. It's crazy good. Please eat this if you're a vegan and you go here.
There's also many vegan starter options like the jackfruit karaage, the edamame or the gyozas.. but I just tend to not eat them because I want to be able to eat the whole Tantanmen!!
Pros: Best tantanmen ever
Cons: No reservations

How does it compare to Men Impossible/Ramen Impossible in Amsterdam? Assuming you also think that is really good (surely that's a safe assumption)

Great place for accidentally-vegan meals - Edit
I love this place to take friends or family who are visiting, as they often order veggie without even realizing. I always feel like I have plenty of choice, as 5/13 mains can be ordered vegan just by removing the egg or omelet. Their gyozas are also vegan.

Decent mushroom ramen - Edit
The menu has two vegetarian options, both of which could be ordered vegan when I was there. I had the mushroom ramen, which was pretty tasty. The mushrooms were cooked really well! The broth is a bit salty for my tastes but definitely not inedibly so!
Read moreReally only downside for me was that it was really crowded. Seems like they tried to jam as many people as possible in.
Pros: Tasty vegan options
Cons: Not very cheap, Crowded

Could be better - Edit
We had the mushroom ramen and the spicy veggie ramen. The mushroom ramen was really good but in my opinion the veggie ramen didnt taste that good and didnt have much flavour in it. Beside of that i think it's too expensive. One ramen soup with 0,25 l water 23€ .. that's too much.

Cons: Expensive, spicy veggie ramen wasnt good

Awesome vegan ramen - Edit
I had the vegan version of their vegetarian mushroom ramen and it was so full of flavor, the mushrooms were perfectly cooked and the broth was really dark and strong. Will definitely come again and try the other option too.

Very tasty! - Edit
Ok, so the veggie options are pretty limited, but I loved the smoked tofu ramen. This is not your average bland broth with some herbs thrown in for garnish, it's really tasty stuff.

It's OK - Edit
I tried the vegan mushroom ramen. The broth was tasty but for me it wasn't outrageously delicious - it was just alright. The ingredients were unique. I did really like the mushrooms and the type of noodles they used. I haven't tried "authentic" ramen, so I don't know how this compares, but I can totally imagine that it could get better than this place. Still, it was nice to try.
Pros: Beautifully decorated interior, Unique ingredients, Good service
Cons: Crowded/cramped, Food is nothing spectacular

Delicious vegan ramen - Edit
If you like ramen soup or want to try it, this is the place to go. They just started but everything seem to run smoothly. Vegan(or possible to make vegan) items on the menu are indicated by the star (*). Service is super friendly and fast. Food is clearly freshly made and was even more filling than I anticipated.
