A must-try in Florence! - Edit
So many different options: bowls, salads, wraps, plenty of dips to choose from and even soups! The falafel and kibbeh are nice and crispy, but the best part is the tabbouleh salad, which is seasoned perfectly!

For dessert, one can choose between 5 different kinds of baklava, which we enjoyed as well.
All in all, this place has a lot to offer and the prices are reasonable - I‘d recommend you try it for yourself!

This is a lovely little vegan place tucked away across the river from the main tourist attractions. The food is lovely and fresh. I had a cauliflower pitta wrap which was delicious. Friendly staff. Relaxed feel. Thoroughly recommend for a small meal such as lunch. Lovely place to relax too

Tasty Falafel - Edit
Santo Falafel is a very small place in the old part of Florence. We were lucky and got seats on a tiny table, but be prepared to take the falafel with you and eat elsewhere. The reason why it is so cramped - Santo Falafel is very popular, and it is very popular because it is very tasty. The falafel are made fresh in the back and are fried just the right amount of time. My wife had the sandwich, I was hungry and went with "entrados", which is essentially two sandwiches (which I didn't realize). The smarter choice would have been to share this and get some extra babaganoush or hummus. We would definitely go back here, especially since our diet otherwise mostly consisted of pasta or pizza.

Great place to eat falafel in florence . The only thing I missed was Union salsa and garlic yoghurt sauce... But the fresh pita with falafel where delicious.

Das Santo Falafel ist ein tolles Bistro mit einer großen Auswahl komplett veganer Speisen. Wir hatten zwei Wraps, die sehr frisch und lecker waren - und wir konnten sogar zusehen, wie der Teig vorher frisch ausgerollt wurde. Auch das Personal war super freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The food was very flavorful and fresh, the staff was nice and the service quite fast. I had lunch here with my partner and we shared a couple of plates (Babilonia and a Fattoush salad + a falafel wrap to share as an afternoon snack) and sweets. We also had a pineapple and mint juice and it was so so fresh!!

We were looking for a place to have lunch before our gallery tour. Found this place by chance. We ordered two dishes and two drinks, it came out to less than 40 euros. The portions we got could have fed 4 people. We took some of it as take away. We happily left a tip. It was delicious.

you must come here if in the area. the food here is delicious, flavoursome and cheap too! (especially for a city!) the seating inside is cosy and comfortable, surrounded as you eat by lush green plants and funky deco. i recommend the falafel wrap as it’s so fresh and tasty, but there’s plenty to choose from even for a falafel hater! the fresh lemon, mint and ginger juice is also a must try.
