Did you ever wonder how to combine a shoe shop, a grocery store and a coffee shop / restaurant in one place? Well wonder no more because this lovely place shows the world how it's done. We went here for breakfast and hat the amazing vegan chicken sandwich, which was delicious. Followed by a wonderful coffee and a fresh orange juice. A well rounded, delicous and cheap breakfast. They offer a brunch menu as well that is more for the huge hunger, includes cake, granola, fruits, a sandwich, coffee and juice. The grocery store is amazing. They sell a diversity ranging from packed seitan (that actually is very cheap!!!) To all of the well known products like oatly. But the best part was the vegan cheese collection. They had everything from sandwich cheese to pizza cheese, melting mozzarella and even really crazy stuff like parmesan. And if you need some pair of shoes you can get some also! Lovely!

More vegan stores like this are needed in Lisbon.

I absolutely adore that shop. First, the owners are lovely, helpful, patient and full of energy. The store itself is well arranged, and you'll find everything you need when it comes to vegan ethical fashion, from shoes to clothing, and accessories. At the back, you have a large grocery store sections with a lot of choices, everything is 100% vegan, with local organic vegetable, vegan cheeses, raw bars...

What a great spot. Not expensive, considerably wide in the range of products. Been there only once and fell in love. Haven't bought anything but food, so far, but did look for possible purchases. Prices, once again, pretty good, according to my experience. The food... great and tasty, prepared by the boss and in store staff. Lots of options, all Vegan. Hope you guys make. Adorei, desde a comida (destaco as empadas e o "queijo") aos produtos de cosmetica. Fiquei apaixonada pela pasta de dentes e pelo desorizante, tenho levado de presente para amigos e familia e passámos todos a ser clientes. Os donos sao extremamente simpaticos, mente aberta e dao concelhos excelentes. Recomendo a todas as pessoas independentemente do estilo de vida que tenham.

Alexandra führt einen sehr sympathischen Laden. Sie und ihr Mann leben wirklich für die vegane Idee. Ich wohne hier in Lissabon und kaufe meine Schuhe nur noch bei ihr. Seit gestern befindet sich der Laden nicht mehr in Cascais, sondern im Zentrum von Lissabon, nahe dem Praça de Luís de Camões. Die Ladenfläche ist jetzt größer und es gibt nun auch vegane Lebensmittel, wie Süßigkeiten, Käse, Wurst und Gemüse. Damit ist Sapato verde der erste vegane Supermarkt in Portugal :)

The owner is lovely and was happy to help in her shop as well as recommending vegan places in the area. She has an amazing range of vegan shoes that are very comfortable and lots of great tshirts and snacks. All reasonably priced and exciting to see in Cascais.

Was strolling through Cascais and I walked into only one store - Sapato Verde. The storefront is inviting. I got to spend ten minutes with the owner. She is very proud of her store and rightfully so. Very nice selection of animal friendly shoes - she promised to get more for men. Also, some other odds and ends. She just needs more customers. It is a new store. Tell your friends about Sapato Verde.
