Delicious fully vegan banh mi - Edit
This place is great. Only two options, both banh mi, but one is 100% vegan with vegan mayo, pea protein & tofu, vegan pâté, pickled radish & carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and chives. The baguette was fresh and crispy. Service fast and friendly. Delicious. Highly recommended. I’d give it five stars if they didn’t serve meat.

Discovered this place by accident while i was on my yearly Berlin Food Tour lol

They therefore are really specialized in this one dish.
And boy did they not disappoint at all.
Packed with flavours and ingredients itself every bite was a joy. Starting with the first bite which blew away my mind.
So authentic yet so modern having a vegan version with vegan mayo and vegan paté.
With Bahn Mi the freshness is also very important. Also nailed it! Fresh cilantro, spring onions and pickled veggies gave the Bahn Mi the balancing freshness.
Of course also the bread awesomely good! Crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and airy on the inside - wow. What a joy to eat.
Young and modern place with also young and friendly which prepare the Bahn Mi right in front of your eyes.
