Delicious 5 star restaurant with vegan options!

Beautifully presented flavorful small plates. Plenty of the tapas can be veganized and wait staff understands vegan. We had the fried rice, broccolini, asparagus, falafel, avocado toast, potatoes, and sorbet. Our party of four enjoyed all our plates plus dessert! The adult beverages were tasty too!

Wow. The food was a maz ing. plenty of vegan options in the menu. The food was the best we had in 3 weeks of travelling through Southwest.

Delicious food

Highly recommend - we had the tofu, broccolini, potatoes without pecorino and falafel. It was one of the best meals we have had and the service was excellent

Best in town

It is expensive for sure, but worth it. Although sego is a “tapas” place, a single dish works pretty easily as a meal, two if you’re famished. They always have a wonderful falafel salad on the menu and recently had a fantastic tofu dish on the chefs specials. Service is on par for the price point.

Pros: Good vegan options and accommodation , Good service, Healthy portion sizes

Cons: Pricey

Excellent High-End Vegan

We stumbled upon this restaurant as it is the restaurant in the hotel in which we stayed. There are many vegetarian options that the chef, Shon Foster, HAPPILY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY veganizes. He used to be head chef in a vegetarian/vegan kitchen so he welcomes the opportunity to flex his veg muscles. The food is unique and delicious. He created especially for me an amazing dessert out of various sorbets, nuts, chocolate and homemade blueberry jam. While Kanab is a lovely little town, it seems to be cowboy/rodeo mentality. That said, there are many tourists in this area because of the National Parks and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary so this little town has a nice selection of places that cater to enlightened eaters.

Pros: Creative vegan dishes, Great ambiance , Very friendly and cooperative chef
