Happy birthday indeed! - Edit
We were passing through Columbus, and I really wanted to eat at Comune, but were a little late (they close at 10pm), so we chose Service Bar as a backup. They did not, however, feel like a consolation prize once we got there. There's an entire vegetarian menu (much of which can be made vegan). We had a hard time deciding, but went with the market salad (amazing flavors and texture), the Sichuan fried tofu (savory and filling), and the veggie wontons (colorful and delicious), finishing off with the cream cheese creme brulee (decadent; definitely not vegan). It was divine.

The Service Bar is a perfect place for birthdays and other celebrations. Plan to be in intimate lighting and possibly share a large table with strangers. Drinks are decadently crafted and the food comes in small portions, but explodes with flavor.
