Very delicious - Edit
Very yummy food and a lovely atmosphere. The acai bowls are sooo good, the best homemade granola I ever had. Everyone must try the chocolate hazelnut latte 😍 You can put some superfoods in your acai as maca and so on. The almond butter toast with homemade gf bread is also very yummy. My husband had the eggless omelette he loved them. My fav was the acai bowl, pink pitaya bowl and the loaded potatoes 😍😍

This place had amazing food I would go back just for the food lol. I took my friend that was a meat eater she couldn't believe how lovely the food was she didn't miss MEAT!! I had such satisfaction hearing her say that lol.
Read moreTheres a nice shop with meditation equipment from Crystal's to vegan protein shakes to hand made gifts. If you have time they also have yoga, meditation and womans circle classes. The garden is so relaxing it has a bali inspired feeling to it. The staff are so lovely and friendly. One of the ladies gave me 20% off in the shop even though the product wasn't on offer until the next week.
It will be useful to get the taxi driver to ring if they dont no where they are going so they can talk to a member of staff that is what my taxi driver did. It is near the Jeremiah beach but not on the front trip so you can also walk over to the beach after your lovely meal
Pros: Soy free , Everything is freshly made, Beautiful outside eating area and shop
Cons: Hidden away a little

Well worth finding, this was the best meal we had during a 5-day trip to Dubai. - Edit
Not far from the Jumeirah Mosque, we visited the cultural center and had a small snack of dates and Arabic coffee and had plenty of room for a large brunch at Life n One. Everything on the menu looked delicious but we ended up with a vegan cheese plate, mystic mushroom drink, celestial protein shake, middle eastern bowl, ‘the salad I was looking for,’ and a coffee with hazelnut milk (wow!). Everything was delicious and made us feel energized for the 110 (43 C) degree day ahead . Even the unlimited alkaline water was a great treat.

Great food, location could be improved. - Edit
The food was very good although pricey as most places in Dubai. The venue is lovely in the winter but too hot in the summer to sit outside. We could not sit inside as there was a really strong smell of petrol (located behind a petrol station). I’ll come back here again when the weather cools down.
