Nice soba noodles (warm&cold)

On the 2nd floor.
Has an English menu and the vegetarian/vegan options are highlighted.
My soba noodles were all right, my boyfriend said his was the best he ever tasted (but he had ones with fish)
Would recommend if you are in the area.
