Careful with online order - Edit
I also had problems with an order I made at the beginning of September.
Read moreI received a shipping announcement, but nothing happened afterwards. I assume that was just an automated message from their shop system.
After several emails and Instagram messages (there were also comments from others with similar issues, which they have since deleted), I contacted my bank to get a refund — fortunately, that worked.
Today I saw that they even posted something new on Instagram — not a single word about what’s going on. They’re acting as if everything is fine.
But it’s not!

Took my money and then ignored me - Edit
I ordered shoes online from them, trusting them due to the Avesu brand, which was a shop in Berlin that I bought many shoes from over the years. However, Avesu have gone bust, and this is another company who seem to have bought the brand name. Well, my order never arrived, and 5 weeks later they have not replied to multiple attempts to contact them across several different platforms. I'm disgusted. I don't have a lot of money, so this is a blow for me. I will have to pay for another pair of shoes elsewhere. Perhaps something has happened with their business, but the professional thing to do would be to set up an automatic reply system, at the very least.

Yes, I will have to. Just a pain to do this as I am not based in Germany. And I don't like going after vegan companies. I have a suspicion that they may have gone bust. I saw on Instagram that another customer is experiencing the same issue. They are still accepting orders online, so if they are trading while insolvent they are committing a crime. And also being extremely unethical.
