Il bar/ristorante era chiuso ma ho ugualmente trovato qualcosa di buono al banco della gastronomia per una merenda salata (pane arabo Veg, squisito) una limonata fatta in casa super dissetante e specialmente grande cortesia e disponibilità.

One of the best meal I had in a 10 days trip in Italy was at Silene. I had a dish of the day and it was super tasty and delicate. A lot of flavors!

Menu has all types of vegetarian and vegan foods. It’s a simple place with a bio-shop and a little cafe inside. The food in the restaurant is delicious, good relationship between portions and price. Will definitely return!

I like very much this restaurant and i very often eat here. Food is excellent , organic and seasonal with many vegan choices. The staff is also very kind. The position is also good, in the hearth of the beautiful city.
