A hearty vegan breakfast in an airport?!?

I ordered coffee and the Just Egg Benedict, which also had pesto on the toast, and tempeh bacon scrambled with the just egg. It came with fruit but because I was tired and ravenous, i also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes with caramelized onion. I ended up having to ask for a box for the other half of my feast! And then i ordered a mocha oat milk shake since I was already in over my head - delicious! I will now plan a stopover at BWI whenever i can!

Good filling option

Tasty and filling breakfast tacos. I ordered the pancakes as well, but they accidentally gave me the regular pancakes instead of the vegan ones so I didn’t get to try them. I’d come back to try the pancakes if I ended up back in BWI.

Incredible pancakes

I absolutely did not believe this place existed til I ate breakfast here on a long layover.
Pancakes are incredible. But meh on the BBQ breakfast tacos.
Good coffee, plenty of oat milk provided as another reviewer said.
Not a lot of options for lunch/dinner - and they mark the Beyond patties as only vegetarian? But breakfast served all day. Wish I had room for a milkshake, they looked awesome. Maybe I'll go back before my connection...

Great options

I’ve eaten here several times when flying from BWI, and it’s always tasty. My go to items are the Brussels sprouts and pancakes. My only complaint is service can be slow sometimes (so make sure you’re not in a rush to make a flight!).

Pros: Tasty options, Clearly labeled options , Fair amount of options

Cons: Slow service sometimes

Surprising variety

They gave vegan shakes with oat milk and nondairy whipped cream, impossible products and justegg, eggless mayo, pancakes.

Pros: Lots of options

Surprisingly good diner for an airport!

When I think of Silver Diner, it takes me to midnight snacks as a teenager, not literally the best place to eat at BWI.

First, they had oat milk for the coffee (I feel like this should be a given at this point, but it definitely isn't). The menu included beyond tacos and avocado toasts, pretty decent ones too.

Service was quick and friendly, perfect for in and out before catching a flight :)

HOLY INCREDIBLENESS!!!!!!!!

Holy crap, this place had the most INCREDIBLE vegan food! I’ve never been happier I had a flight delay, that allowed me to sit down & eat at this phenomenal place!!! Made me want to move to Baltimore! Wish I’d been able to try all their vegan options, which are plentiful! I had theeee most delicious milkshake & pancakes I’ve ever eaten!

My go to at BWI

I always eat here when leaving from BWI. It’s got solid vegan choices at a fair price.

Wonderful service and decent vegan options

We were happy to find a sit down place with several vegan possibilities! Staff was kind and accommodating and gave us lots of oat milk for our coffee!
