Tofu Scramble and BeCake!

Great service from the staff who is also knowledgeable of the vegan lifestyle. The build your own scramble allows you to get creative and have plenty of variety within your tofu scramble. I added the vegan goetta which was great! Also added a BeCake for my side instead of toast. This was a great clean pancake alternative, with no dairy, that did not lack one but in flavor. I will be going back during my next visit!

Pros: Plenty of vegan options

Cons: Add ons will add up fast

Hi! Just a heads up- their BeeCakes contain eggs and are not vegan!

Sleepy Lunch

Menu is clearly labeled for soy, gluten, nuts and Vegan options. Vanilla Ginger house Kombucha is delicious. Food and service are solid. I’ll bee back.

Cons: Metered parking , Gluten free substitution is not free

Good breakfast option

One of the few indoor dining spots for breakfast in town. The tofu scramble and vegan goetta are great, my biggest wish is more vegan breakfast variety.

veggieversary breakfast

We went to Sleepy Bee to celebrate 2 years of vegetarian living. Pictured are the bee-spoke pancake, vegan chorizo scramble, and a bee-spoke scramble w spinach, onion, and cheese. This was our first visit to Sleepy Bee but won’t be our last!

Pretty good

Went with a family of picky eaters and my vegan self and everyone found something they liked. Kind, knowledgeable staff. Very long wait times, but it was Sunday brunch so it was somewhat expected.

hip spot with vegan options

I’ve been to both the Oakley and Blue Ash locations more than once now and I think I’ve tried every vegan option on the menu! For breakfast, I love the vegan scramble Avi style, and for lunch I would recommend the portobello panini and sweet potato soup. My only complaint out of the half dozen times I’ve eaten here is when I got the sweet potato quinoa bowl... it was rather small given the price. I love that they use the No Wait app because both locations are crowded on weekends.

Pros: several vegan options, friendly service, use the No Wait app

Cons: crowded on weekends, some portion sizes too small

Great food!

Wonderful little vegan/vegetarian/locally sourced restaurant in Blue Ash.

Was very excited to try their breakfast menu with tofu scramble and quinoa pancakes and shoothies galore. Ended up ordering a full stack of their Bee Cakes - Pancakes made with buckwheat flour, almond, and quinoa. Very light and delicate, yet filling. Reminded me of drinking a light cup of coffee, but in pancake form. Not as sweet as your normal pancakes, so a good bit of syrup was required. But overall a great choice.

Lunch menu looks fantastic too and would love to return and get a few dishes. Fantastic service as well, very accommodating and humble. Overall a wonderful experience and a business I know will be successful in the future. This place was fairly full for a Thursday morning at 10:30. Kid friendly and healthy. All you need in life.

Pros: Nice Veg/Vegan menu, Great for kids, Healthy eating conscious :)

Cons: Not much!

Delicious

A favorite weekend brunch spot! It can get crowded though so use the NoWait app to get in line first, especially on Sunday. Friendly staff and good food.
