Best mock duck and vegan chow mein - Edit
Amazing mock duck! It’s not too oily and its really crispy. The chow mein can be made with vegan noodles instead of egg noodles and the flavors are 10/10. You can pick the spice range and make it as mild or as spicy (!) as you want

Decent Pho - Edit
We ordered the tofu pho and veggie stir fry. Both dishes were filled with fresh veggies, which I enjoyed. My pho was decent but nothing extraordinary. My mom felt the same about the stir fry. The service was fast, and they verified everything was vegan before I could ask. For Liberty Market, this is a solid choice with clear vegan options.
