Read moreWell, technically it’s a bowl of snow with sweet toppings. It’s kinda weird especially if you used to live in a north country and used to eat snow as a kid every winter lol.
This dessert is light, cause it’s literally just snow (okay, coconut snow, but it barely had a taste), and variety of vegan toppings is impressive. I ordered a chocolate one and there were Oreo cookies, sweet chocolate sauce and vegan whipped cream. It was interesting experience overall but can’t say I have a desire to order it again, even in a hot day.
Serves bubble tea with lots of vegan flavors as well.
Pros: Definitely something new to try, Lots of clearly marked vegan options
Cons: Not 100% vegan , A bit pricey comparing to ice cream

Creative & different "ice cream" experience - Edit
My family and I stumbled across this Korean dessert parlor one evening after dinner, and couldn't resist trying it out, as we had never heard of "so bing" before. It was very yummy - almost too sweet - and a nice change of pace from the standard ice cream shop on every other street corner. The staff were helpful, although they didn't seem to fully grasp which items on their menu were actually vegan, but it turns out the selection is quite impressive and creative, and they can tweak almost any choice to eliminate the dairy. It's a bit pricier than a regular ice cream cone, but definitely worth it!
