Creo que es el top 1 de los lugares veganos a los que he ido a comer. La comida está excesivamente buena y es totalmente casera. El lugar es super especial porque es un Guachinche tan típico en Tenerife. El precio es super bajo a pesar de que la calidad es de 10. Hay que darle visibilidad a este negocio porque es todo lo que necesitamos.

Local encantador en medio de la laguna. El trato es estupendo, está él solo atendiendo y en cocina, pero ni lo notas. Siempre pendiente de todo. Tienen menú del día muy bien de precio. El seitán con papas fritas están brutales, los potajes, la ensaladilla y la tortilla nunca fallan. Para mí, de los mejores de Tenerife.

Best restaurant in Tenerife? - Edit
I recently dined at Somos Lo Que Comemos, a totally vegan and very cosy place with a down to earth atmosphere. The food was delicious. I had the menú del día: a wonderful vegetable soup, followed by a very tasty rice and beans, and a mouth-watering carrot cake to round off the meal. A lovely satisfying experience, not only for my taste buds but also my wallet. You’ll probably find me there every day of the week.

The daily menu is lovely! Me and my partner both ordered the daily menu with croquettes and left stuffed! It came with a chickpea stew dish with bread, followed by a potato style mash with seitan in gravy and then dessert! The carrot cake is super good! My bf has rice pudding.

Canarian-style home cooking is not what we expected to find, but it was extremely tasty and a nice change to the "junk food" vegan places. The menu changes daily and is super cheap (€7.50 for a starter, main and dessert!), we will certainly be coming back!

I had the menu of the day which had a lentil/veggies soup and bread for starters, potatoes and seitan for main and carrot cake for dessert. The dessert had three options to choose from but don’t remember what the two other ones were. Everything was really delicious and cost only 7,5 €. The owner of the place was really friendly and the atmosphere of the place was really nice and cozy. Highly recommended!
