Pros: Muy barato

Perfect for tapas

We have been there a couple of times. Simple local but very good prices. Croquetas and tortilla totally recommend. The menu is 6,5€ for two dishes and dessert and the food was ok, but not amazing.

Pros: Prices , Location

Cons: Variety

non-friendly, non-tasty

The staff was grumpy and unpolite. I took the menu del dia whoch is quite cheap 6,50 euro. First i had a soup that wasn't bad bit didnt have mich of a taste. The seitan was burned and hard, served with fried potatoes swimming in sunflower oil. I got served bread that obviously someone else was rubbing into before me. Same with the dessert, I first asked for a beetroot/carrot cake, the piece was extremely small with the tip missing. Anyway it looked awful so I returned it and asked for a chocolate cream. I couldn't finish that one either, blunt and tasteless jellylike substance. I wouldn't go to this place even if they were giving the food for free.

Pros: cheap

really nice food

It was my first visit to a vegan restaurant on Tenerife and I had chickpeas with Seitan and tofu. It tastes really good and I would definitely come back.

Pros: good prices , nice staff

Yummy food at very reasonable prices. You get a whole menu for only 6,50€ nice tapas and good variety of desserts. Also you can go almost anytime, we had dinner at 6pm.

Cons: aunque haya poca luz, intentad entrar, seguramente

The Real Tenerife

I love this place and I am a regular: one of the best real Canarian food experiences you'll get as a vegan. A typical island restaurant serving vegan versions of local foods. They offer a cheap daily menu which makes it perfect for a quick lunch stop. It is a family-run business with a great feeling of home-cooked food

Pros: Typical local food, Cheap daily menu, Family-run

Tasty and hearty vegan food for a great price!

This small restaurant served up yummy chickpea stews, veganized tortilla, seitan and veggies among other things. Everything was delicious, portions were big and price was great. Highly recommend!

Pros: Kleiner Familienbetrieb , Sehr freundlich

Cheap and delicious

It was sometimes hard to find vegan restaurants or with vegan options in Canary Island. But thanks to happy cow I found this amazing vegan restaurant in La Laguna and it was delicious. You eat really well and cheap. The potato salad, the seitan or the soup, everything was good (except the desert which was not fantastic). I highly recommend it !

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff, Well located

Cons: The deserts

All vegan, nice atmosphere

I ate there twice, and I was happy with the quality of food and the vibe at family run business. I wouldn't say the dishes are light, but knowing that it's all vegan makes up for a lot. No one said vegan is equal healthy.

Bland watery soup

Had my hopes high after reading the other comments, but was disappointed. We had the soup, that looked gray and consisted of vegetable broth, cabbage and a few white beans. Feels like something you throw together in 5 minutes when there is nothing left in the fridge. Not a good advertisement for vegan food. Sure, it was cheap, but it wouldn't hurt to include something more filling and pleasing to the eye.

Pros: Good that there are vegan places in tenerife.

Worth Searching For!

A little hard to find but glad we did! Located in a modern shopping passage where you wouldn't expect to find a vegan restaurant.
It was great! The two serving us were super friendly and despite limited English they were both enthusiastic and helpful. My girlfriend ordered the menu of the day (starter, main and dessert for €6.50!!) and they prepared something for me not on the menu, a lovely seitan with home made chips.
Prices are great, the food came quick and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Pros: Quick service, Great prices, Helpful staff

Cons: Hard to find, No wifi

Fantastic and Special Vegan Restaurant

Myself and my husband were visiting this week from Ireland, for business. We found this wonderful restaurant via google search engine. We came back two evenings in a row as it was so fantastic. The food was exceptional - tasted wonderful. The croquettes, stew with chickpeas and tortilla ... just perfect. The prices are incredibly reasonable. The man who runs the restaurant seemed so nice, authentic and kind. We were delighted that there were animal welfare charity tins on the counter. It was an absolute joy finding this remarkable place.

Pros: Food, Animal Welfare Charity Tins, Owner

Cons: No cons
