Best meal kit delivery. 🌱 - Edit
I’m happy to have had a chance to visit SIGP at their new location in the PATH. Convenient spot for downtown office workers, but tough to get to during their open hours if you work farther away. The breakfast burrito was tasty and filling though! I’d love to stop by for lunch if I ever have an opportunity, but I might have to settle for meal kit delivery in the meantime.
Read moreUpdate [2025-11-09]: I love SIGP’s meal kit delivery - I basically lived on it during the pandemic. If nutrition information were available for meal kits, I’d probably order weekly, but they’re still a great time-saving option or just a nice treat every now and then. I suspect the “ready to eat” lunches available for delivery are less value for money than ordering at their Bay Street location, so maybe skip those unless you need something really quick and easy. I hope they expand their “vegan goodies” offerings in the future and maybe drop some new merch!
Update [2025-11-27]: The bowls served at the PATH location win over the “ready to eat” lunches available for delivery, hands down. The Herb ‘Chicken’ is so good! Don’t forget to show your VegTO membership card for 15% off.

Hard to find but worth the exploration eatery - Edit
After wandering through the Toronto underground PATH system food/shopping court I found them! Lots of different salads, bowls and wraps to choose from. I had the Greek gyro bowl that was both flavorful and filling. Could have benefited from more tzatziki and feta to balance the flavor but enjoyed it anyway.

It took a minute to understand where it was because I didn't understand it was underground and that there were several restaurants in one place.
Read moreThe staff helped me choose which bowl to pick and we're just very helpful, nice and very efficient. It's like a more flavorful pace than the chain chipotle. I tried the chipotle bowl with chicken and it was good.

Convenient vegan option near Eaton Centre - Edit
This is a really nice and convenient vegan lunch spot located in the PATH (enter the PATH through the Bay Adelaide centre and you’ll be nearby).

This place is a fine addition to the food options in the PATH, and useful for vegans who work near the area.

This place is hard to find if you search through the PATH. It’s easier if you navigate to 333 Bay St and then simply go downstairs. The place is in a food court across from a Ramen place.
Read moreFood is fresh, whole food vegan. The taco bowl is nice but the tofu halloumi sandwich is a big miss. Lots of seating in large food court.
